Images in various forms, including radiographs, ultrasounds, waveforms, and other several other graphic representations, are a key part of pulmonary and critical care medicine. The Assembly on Clinical Problems is pleased to provide brief, image-based cases with key clinical questions.

We welcome the submission of any brief, image-based case/question. Each submitted case will be assigned for review by a section editor, based primarily on the type of image. Cases can be submitted using this template. Please review our list of archived cases (below). We are especially interested in novel cases with diagnoses that are not already represented on this website.

Please contact us with any comments or questions.
