Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation Products

The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation’s (PFF) Patient Communication Center is a hub for information and resources for patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Call 844.TalkPFF (844.825.5733) or email pcc@pulmonaryfibrosis.org. We will ship our educational materials free of charge.

PFF Patient Registry
The PFF Patient Registry is a resource of data gathered from 2,000 patient volunteers across the country to help researchers further understand the disease and develop treatments.

PFF Care Center Network
The PFF’s Care Center Network is comprised of 60 medical centers nationwide offering comprehensive and individualized care to those living with PF.

PFF Research Funds
These funds support both junior and established investigator research projects.

Health Provider Educational Materials
The PFF provides digital and printed educational resources for healthcare providers including the Nursing and Allied Health Guide, the ILD Pocket Guide for physicians, and the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Pocket Guide for respiratory therapists and physical therapists. Hard copies of these materials are available for free through our Patient Communication Center.

CME/CE Library
Explore CME/CE activities relating to education about pulmonary fibrosis and ILD.
